There's no guarantee of a POUG or AUP but I'd suggest to go have a look at the relevant threads which will provide much more info than I can type here.
You can do a dummy booking for what type of 747 it is etc

Yes BA do fly to LHR which is in England which is a part of the United Kingdom which is the actual country here.
I think you may need to go have a read of how each is defined
