Interesting. I sent them this SM:
Hello, I recently applied for my AAdvantage Platinum Select card ending in xxxx with a bonus of 50,000 miles. Can you please match me to the higher 60,000 mile offer?
And they responded with this:
Thank you for your inquiry.
Our records do not indicate you were solicited for the offer you
mentioned. Please send a copy of the front and back of the offer you
received. Once we receive this information, we will review your account
and contact you.
Please send the requested information including your name and full
account number to:
Citi Customer Service
PO Box 6500

I wasn't solicited for a 60,000 mile offer, so I can't send them a copy of it. Does the FT community have any advice on how to proceed? Just send a new SM or reply to the first SM?
