OK, np I'll just book with a navigation-friendly airline..
At least they explain that you should not use the forward and back buttons and have built in error handling messages for that situation, rather than just randomly dumping the booking made so far and/or giving random error messages.
I would have thought all airlines would have to be 'navigation friendly' or there would be lots of planes ending up in the wrong place
