Which cities are you flying from/to/connecting? If there are zero Air France flights at all in the itinerary, and the ticket starts with 057, then I would stay away from this travel agent in the future as they are very likely violating AF rules in using AF to plate the ticket, they have no idea what they are doing, and/or unscrupulous. Take your pick.
