Your best value would be to book through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner TA — there are a number of them on FlyerTalk. You pay the same rate (including "Experience More" rates), but you get extra value through free daily breakfasts for two, a $100 hotel credit (for F&B at some hotels, for Spa at others), and priority status on the upgrade list. Depending on the length of your stay, this can save you hundreds of dollars.
I can personally guarantee that some FS properties are quite cheaper when booked using corporate rates than FSPP.
