Stayed at HM recently and while public areas are nice, I found the rooms small and not up to the mark for a Brand that is meant to sit above the Minneapolis downtown FS Marriott.

Lounge breakfast offering was the standard Marriott Lounge offering with eggs, bacon, oatmeal and the normal cold offerings. Staff friendly also, so it was a fine stay, but I think there better places in twin cities at this price point. Perhaps my expectations for a Autograph property were too high going in.
