Lo-cost airlines on this route are Mango, Kalula and Safair - skyscanner.net should give you all the options along with BA and SAA who also fly. There are probably 20 flights a day (actually, at least that, maybe nearer 30), if you can be a bit flexible with time then expect to pay around $40-60 a head.
