I have stayed in both hotels many times. I prefer the Westin Morristown, although I do admit that the Sheraton Parsippany is newer, more modern and probably overall nicer. The Westin is an older, softer and quieter hotel. I like the location of the Westin. The dining room in the Westin is very fine and the service is very good. Good luck to you.
