On one occasion I switched away from 1D to 2D due to realizing that the legroom was shorter in there. They have "chopped off" part of the leg tunnel at least in the middle seats. If this is true, I would assume any bulkhead facing seat might potentially have smaller legroom, while any seat behind another seat would likely be identical in terms of legroom.
