This is part of a return SFO-PRG in April next year from the good I fare a month or so back - given that I chose that routing to try out the 789, what are my options? What's the verdict on the 772v789 (seat-map showing only forward-facing, so seemingly B/E seats?)?

It sounds like equipment change is grounds for a reroute, but the rule seems to only waive fees, not fare difference: is that right? Any experience of otherwise?

Complication is that my Girlfriend is travelling on the same flights "down back" (weren't sure she'd be joining me at time of booking, so she was added later) - are they likely to be more sympathetic to me than her, or will I be able to change both if I ask nicely?
