Thanks Mirko for this list. I have taken the liberty of creating a wiki as I think this is a useful thread.

I have also added in TATL codeshare flights operated by AA partners to show all the routes and frequencies available. These partner flights are available on ordinary TATL revenue fares, although of course are not eligible for SWU and are subject to YQ when booked as awards.
