But indeed, I guess a lot of western company's just set themselves up in Poland due to the low tax and then fill it up with Polish as much as possible and fill the gaps with EU-expats.
That's basically it, apart from the fact that the advantage is more due to low labour costs than tax advantages (unless they're setting up shop in one of the designated SEZs* such as in Eastern Poland).
