Ooh - good knowledge. Didn't quite understand that part. I have the same thing with my travel (although long haul is minimum J so not an issue). But proactive upgrades I know I can never seem to do through MMB and I get the same message. Maybe I have normally just given up by T-24. I know I get offered cash upgrades from time to time (usually on CE >> CW) but even these seem to be scarcer / less advantageous terms these days.

I'll check this out next month. (not necessarily going to pay for F but will at least try and remember to see if it's feasible).
