DL 176 ATL - DUB
Poorly catered and inexperienced staff up-front.
No champagne: purser said it was loaded warm. Must never have cooled down because I never saw any.
FA insisted on serving the whole cabin before coming back to me with a glass of wine.
Then clearing the whole cabin before bringing a refill.
Took a nap after meal service (only had app and cheese) and my cheese plate was still on my seat ledge when I woke up.
No water bottles served to seat during flight.
FA seemed surprised when I asked for water, going to the galley to do so. It seemed such an ordeal for her to look for some I said a glass of San Pellegrino would do just fine so she poured me one.
I don't drink a lot of either booze or water but I was parched the whole flight.
Summary: staff friendly but ill-trained (much younger than the usual crews on this route) and some catering mishaps.
