It's just the apparent pure inefficiency and the lies that the agent has previously told me that are leaving me concerned.

Like I said in my post the agent has now issues me with e-tickets for my flights (J Class in Business, whatever that means).

I guess I'll just need to keep my eye on the booking on the airline website.
