I just send them an email.
They told me the outbound of my journey was available for upgrade, and only one seg of the inbound.
I call them to confirm this and they told me, as I wanted to use both Qmiles and Qcredit I will have to pay the fees twice. I would have paid it only once if I upgraded all segment with Qmiles.
