Was reacting to 1h30 being "risky" but was wondering if my experience (CBP was pretty quiet, TBIT was a ghost town) was typical or not. Actually, now that I think about it, my partner did not have GE and we cleared upstairs at TBIT where there was no dedicated Pre line open yet (and like eight people total).

But fair, my risk tolerance for I-D connections is very high: once I'm successfully Stateside there are plenty of options for getting home one way or another.
