Does anyone have background on this hotel? I am planning a vacation in Singapore next spring and this hotel popped up. Looks like it's near the Four Points. As a Design hotel I know upgrades are not part of the program and it seems the basic rooms available on points don't have windows so I'm not certain this is a hotel to consider.
