Here is the story: It has been a awhile since my wife and I have traveled overseas. The flight is via Dubai(USA to Asia and Back), both ways. Initially when I booked and paid for the tickets the Aircraft was an Emirates airlines A380 both ways. I wanted my wife and I to experience the Emirates A380 business class so as a result, I booked the return flight on the A380 business class. It was all set, seats chosen etc. I even printed out the tickets with itinerary. Last week I logged on to emirates mangebooking to enter my passport details and alas! the return flight has been changed to an Boeing 777-300er. I called customer service and expressed that i bought business class because the flight was an A380 and wanted to know if I change my cabin class to business in the outgoing (because it was still an A380) and change the inbound to economy since its a Boeing 777. The answer was "No". Apparently because of a full flight. Has this ever happened to anyone of you before? and what did you do? My flight is in a few days.
