You're right, I was completely in the left field.

What I meant was more something along the lines of from scheduled departure to landing. Something that can't be tampered with.

But I guess it's hard to say. We'd really need all the data and run different parameters in order to tell.

Because the stats can br easily tampered with, it would require multiple metrics to really evaluate OTP correctly.
