My impression in the mini cabin was that the centre seats had wider leg/feet 'pockets' than my window one - mine narrowed in a wedge shape, centre seemed to do so less. I still managed to fall asleep on the HEL-LHR flight at 187cm, though I do sleep on my side and it all seemed to fit just right!
