Runner up is a place on Commercial St in San Francisco Chinatown, if you want to stay domestic.

Haven't seen you in a while. Hope all is well.

Wanted to se if Dan knows dumplings like he knows pastrami (Katz's) and Brooklyn pizza (L&B) so I went to City View yesterday in SF. I thought it was good. Normally I go to Yank Sing in SF but City View on Commercial Street is a little closer to my hotel and just as tasty. To bring it back to NYC, I went to the new location of Jing Fong on Amsterdam and 78th about 3 weeks ago and found it good but expensive. I like dim sum but certainly I'm no expert on it.
