Now I am definitely NOT SATISFIED.
A friend of mine (also GOLD) has stayed at this hotel recently. During his stay he was given a bottle of wine and some Le Club-branded kit for travellers.
A small bottle of beer vs a bottle of wine
That's what I call INCONSISTENT.
