I have had the same experience trying to get through to make a new booking which can't be done online. Tried calling at various times over the past week - morning/afternoon, weekday/weekend, each time on hold for at least 30 mins before the music drives me nuts and I give up. Not a single call answered.

I did get through to the US number but they said they can only price in USD.

Is there any other number I can try which will allow me to price an itinerary in GBP?
