Yes and I have confirmed with some friends and family who have the AMEX Platinum Card that their credit scores are well below 700. That's what continues to baffle me is that I have religiously paid annual fees, charged significant amounts, paid on-time, and been a most loyal customer for so many years. I can't understand how AMEX is simply getting rid of me over something I had nothing to do with and in fact very well might have been an error on AMEX's end.
I'm wondering does anyone here have an "inside" contact name/address/email/phone number of someone AT AMEX who can assist me? I haven't reached out anymore to AMEX because I felt like I was getting generic canned responses. I need someone on the inside I can speak to and discuss what happened. Feel free to private message me if you have a contact for me.
Again, thank you everyone for all your advice.
