At Miami today complete nightmare hardly any preferred cars and had a Standard SUV booked guy tried to give me a Ford Flex look at it and it's no way an SUV but he assures me it is. Of course I tell him he was wrong and then went on the usual argument which there really is no need for. He even said it was a van then corrected himself and said no it's an SUV. Got an Standard SUV in the end after a second car had issues. Only ever get this sort of grief in MIA with Avis. Got back to a hotel with wifi and it was a van!!
