Atlanta, GA (ATL)
International Term
Gate D12
The third flight arrives at Concourse E.
I would guess it's so people can tell their rides where to pick them up???
It's really not that weird. As you know, Concourse and Terminal are two different things in ATL. All international flights are International Terminal, regardless of Concourse, and there are several flights out of Concourse F, including a Philly flight I take regularly, that are still Domestic Terminal. Canada, being an international location, would, of course, be International, albeit with pre-clearance. Pre-clearance does not suddenly move Canada into the US.
