Any chance they've officially made PDB somehow very optional? Just curious. I'm 1/8 on MSN>DTW/MSP>BWI the last few weeks in paid first, and the one time we had it was on a Connection flight.
It's all anecdotal but I've only missed one this year and that was announced with our delay. Probably around 25 or 30 segments in that sample not counting int'l D1.
