Thanks fingers crossed. I've never used Uber wouldn't know where to start and I hear a lot of bad publicity. Sure it will be ok. As others have said I am probably panicking over nothing. Like everything in life, don't believe the hype! Uber are fine - but you need to download the app onto your phone and register to use. They would certainly be quicker, but ultimately it's what you are comfortable with. If you've already booked the GatEx then that will be fine. It runs every 15 mins ( I think?) Plus you get to see the delights of East Croydon en route which is priceless.
