Uber added a "25% off my next 10 rides" promotion to my account. When I go to select my Amex card as payment and use the $15 credit, the promotion pops up. Will Uber use the $15 credit first or just take 25% off instead. I never take more than a few Ubers a month so if they apply these unwanted promotions it basically means i'll never get to use the Amex credit. I'm not even entertaining the idea i'll get both 25% off AND the $15 Plat credit applied to my next ride.
I reached out to their support staff via twitter but the are complete morons.
