This Marriott Rewards platinum member enjoys their properties but has had a running peeve which seems to be worsening. It was about 20 years ago when Marriotts began putting irons and full size ironing boards in all their rooms. Good idea. However, two decades have passed, and still new properties are built that include a handy outlet location to plug the darned thing in. I regularly move couches and other furniture to find a place to iron. Please, Marriott, just put a single electrical outlet somewhere along a flat wall.
