When the confirmation and e-ticket processed, my itinerary stated that seat assignments were not available for my flights and I would be able to select them at check-in. I checked my credit card, and United charged me for the economy plus selection, but I still don't have a seat assignment? Has this happened to anyone else? It was a saver award redemption if that makes a difference.

Many thanks for any insight on this!
