The BA lounge at DME is really quite comfortable nowadays, but I agree with the above, it DOES get very busy. However, if you have a Priority Pass, their lounge is immediately adjacent. The seats aren't quite so comfortable (in fact, they're the ones BA originally had in their lounge before changing them for the current, more comfy, wicker ones), but the snacks and drinks are almost identical (both have open sandwiches, cakes etc, and PP has Russian choccies, BA has mini Mars, Twix etc.).
Oh, and the Stariy Melnik beer is really very good!
