I tried to book the ticket from BLR to MEL through Enrich Malaysia website, So that i planned to redeem my miles. During payment it throws error saying that "Unknown Credit card type" but the amount got deducted from the account.

I tried three times and faced same issue.

Then tried calling customer support for ticket booking they are quoting 50% more fare than the website booking.

My question here is anyone experienced the same issue and does MH airlines wants to passenger do not redeem their miles?????
