My apologies for sounding like a broken record, but it's not a good idea to use seatguru on BA services. Some aircraft have been updated by the airline 3 times since seatguru's last update. thebasource.com is much more reliable. And this is a good example: on the LGW 777-200 row 4J/K is a good seat to go for. The worst that can be said is that the window could be better aligned. I personally prefer the 4A seat, and these photos give you an indication of the window layout, albeit from the A side.

One thing to note is that LGW operates 3 core types of 777-200 and the bulkhead is different in all three. So always keep an eye on the seat map, particularly at T-72 and T-24 hrs.
