Pequods is the best deep dish in my opinion, its just a bit off the beaten track (although probably a $15 uber from the loop/mag mile). It's a shame Armitage Pizzeria closed because that was New York style pizza that rivaled any I'd had in New York. Piece makes great New Haven style pizza and brews their own award winning beer - highly recommended as well.
