Flight cancellations caused by maintenance Vs Weather
Today I was faced with a cancelled flight (maintenance issue) which was purposely booked mainline not Rouge but as it turns out after a couple of phone calls and contrary to the automatic rebooked itinerary and for the fact I didn't want to show up at 1:30am I have been Rouged!
So the question is rather then sending AC a complaint about there poor service from the check-in counter staff (who said I only had there 1 ridiculous option from YLW to YOW) Is there a better option? or better points to bring up? does the fact it was cancelled do to maintenance not weather play a factor in any of this?
