I got CE RFS 'taxes' - 30 odd quid I think? - for my flight as I booked it just before the plane switch. So I was lucky all round. I've never been so excited about a short haul flight!
Or maybe it shows your state of mind where everything BA is bad but when you think it is provided by another airline, it is suddenly very good!
