I think MS is it and do they fly it out of anywhere else but JFK? If a person isnt from the Metro NY area and needs to fly to JFK then it just may pay to fly and connect from somewhere else, once you have to make a connecting flight anyways

If the fares are close to one another, Id rather connect anywhere where I dont need to go landside like @ JFK

Back when TWA was still around they flew ns to CAI from JFK and then onto RUH or was it Jeddah
