I've stayed here a few times since WoH, and have always been told no to breakfast at the cafe.

First time: There's a lot of construction work going on at the waterfront, so the view and noise means you won't have a comfortable dining experience.

Today: We've been told to align with WoH standards, which is breakfast only in the club. We'd like to still offer the cafe, but we've been told to stop.
