"Boards at 4:10 am" usually means that the goal is to begin preboarding at 4:10 am. It's not the case that you must be at the gate by 4:10 am.
Also, remember, it’s not like a tight connection where you are the only one in danger; pretty much the entire flight will be entering through security at the same time, so no worries.
