I'd have no problem with waiting until the 9th to apply for a new Plat, except that I will be leaving the country on the 12th, which would make phone calls, if needed, a pain. Would it be safe to assume that the earlier date is correct? I just don't know.

I will be downgrading my Prestige and reducing its CL before then, so perhaps I can safely assume they won't need a call...
