Effectively, you can only BRG Design Hotels with double occupancy if single and double rates are the same.
Also with Design, you have to book the lowest category room. Unlike regular brands where you compare same room categories (eg deluxe with ota deluxe or jr suite vs ota jr suite), likely with design it is a small standard single bed room that needs to be booked in order to submit a brg claim.
