Orlando, Vegas and Hawaii seem to be the main resorts where Hilton Grand Vacations are offered on the Hilton website. We have stayed in quite a few and like them for the extra space in the suites. Only benefit for a diamond is 2000 points per stay, not per night. Upgrades rarely offered, but as timeshare properties, they are usually very nice and the suites have good size kitchens with dishwashers and washing machines. You get points and stay/night credits as per normal Hiltons, but they don't normally have Exec lounges or offer breakfast. You will be offered the chance to partake in a timeshare presentation, usually with a large no of honors points on offer, but we've never been pressured at all to take up the offer.
