I can only compare with SK's FFP, and I prefer AY Plus. The segment requirements are lower, which is great for me as I only fly Economy short-haul for work. Redeeming miles for flights seems expensive to me, but upgrades seem reasonably priced when using points. That's all I have so far used my points for.
