This depends on what the contract agreement does state. It may well be that Hertz does have this right in the agreement made with the conpany. If it does, then this is really something to address with the company that made the agreement with Hertz on how it has impacted
No way that pure public rates should be changeable
You are right. I just got off the phone with USAA. I was told that contract rates are not guaranteed. When I booked with usaa, I was given the contract rate because that was the lower rate at the time. Very misleading.
