Nightmare - 100k UR pts redeemed for cash rather than Combined with another UR acct.
Hi folks,

My mother was attempting to transfer 100,000 from her Chase UR account to mine. However the private banker REDEEMED them for $1,000 instead.

Can anyone advise on what I can do to reverse this or what compensation I should be asking for?

The PB is very sorry and "looking into what can be done" however any further guidance would be helpful.
