I am a Diamond member with Hilton and stay with most of the brands. I am looking to spend the weekend in Orlando and I am looking at a Hilton Grand Vacations Hotel which I am unfamiliar with.

I have spent hours searching for the difference between the two with no success.

I keep seeing "Timeshare" associated with these Grand Vacations which I know nothing about.

Do they accept HH points for points and money?

Do you get points for your stay like the other brands?

Do you get any benefits for being Diamond like free breakfast or Executive Lounge?

Is someone going to hound me about purchasing a Timeshare and be pressured into sitting through a presentation?


If anyone can answer all these things before I book a stay it would be appreciated.
