I would like to lodge a complaint with IHG Senior IHG Management as well.
As for my case, we had a group food poisoning after eating in the hotel's restaurant seafood buffet during our group stay. Had several issues as well. Poorly run IHG old property. It's a dump.
After several weeks and emails, useless IHG Customer Care told me that they cannot do much as the hotel is independently operated. See their final reply to me in email below.

''Mr. Happy, unfortunately, due to your specific concerns with the Hotel, IHG is unable to bring this matter to resolution for you. The Hotel must resolve this matter. Most of our Hotels are independently owned and operated, therefore, they must be the entity that resolve your concerns.
I apologize that we are unable to resolve this matter.''

I really don't see any sense to stay loyal to IHG. We would not have booked this hotel if it's not IHG. Got screwed for staying loyal. I will cut my IHG card and delete my IHG account (more than 10 years PLAT status) after I have exhausted All my points in the next 2-3 months).
