Sounds to me like the app itself has crashed. I don't quite understand why the stability of the MPX app is so rocky. Doesn't seem like that hard of a program to develop/maintain.

They need to get this fixed before the Back to School promotion kicks off in about a week and half. It would really be disappointing to miss out on double miles because they can't figure out how to keep their app working.
