I received the declined message Saturday night while trying to purchase a $250.00 Macy's gift card. I used an established credit card that's been loaded in the MPX app for quite some time. Sounds to me like the app itself has crashed. I don't quite understand why the stability of the MPX app is so rocky. Doesn't seem like that hard of a program to develop/maintain.
They need to get this fixed before the Back to School promotion kicks off in about a week and half. It would really be disappointing to miss out on double miles because they can't figure out how to keep their app working.
Was finally able to purchase an amazon giftcard today. I had to email to get an update on what was happening with my account- I received no indication of what the issue was and a it should work "in a few hours" response.
